“He (Allah) grants wisdom to whom He pleases; and he to whom wisdom is granted receives indeed a benefit overflowing; but none will grasp the Message but men of understanding.”

“He who called people to righteousness, there would be reward (assured) for him like the rewards of those who adhered to it, without their rewards being diminished in any respect. And he who called (people) to error, he shall have to carry (the burden) of its sin, like those who committed it, without their sins being diminished in any respect.”

WISDOM -- a word synonymous to knowledge and the translation of the Arabic word "hikmah" referring to the Prophet's Sunnah in the Glorious Qur'an -- is being used in this Islamic website and other projects of Dr. Mamarinta Mababaya and his wife Dr. Norlain Dindang (both Muslim authors of Islamic books and articles and active du'aat) as an acronym for World Islamic Service for Developing Outstanding Muslims (WISDOM). Outstanding Muslims refer to all Muslims whom Allah praises in the Holy Qur'an:

"You are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah." (Qur'an Al-Imran, 3:110)

Outstanding Muslims further refer to  those whom Allah promises eternal paradise:

“But those who believe and do deeds of righteousness --  We shall soon admit them to Gardens, with rivers flowing beneath --  to dwell therein forever. Allah’s promise is the truth, and whose word can be truer than Allah’s?” (Qur'an, An-Nisa, 4:122)

They are those whom Allah will reward the Garden of Paradise as their final abode (Qur'an,25:15-16) for their righteousness. They shall have joy in all that they do and shall have whatever they call for (Qur'an, 36:55-57). The greatest Bliss, however, is the Good Pleasure of Allâh: that is the supreme success:

"Allah has promised to Believers, men and women, gardens under which rivers flow, to dwell therein, and beautiful mansions in gardens of everlasting bliss. But the greatest bliss is the good pleasure of (seeing) Allah (in Paradise): that is the supreme triumph." (Qur'an, At-Taubah, 9:72)

Developing "Outstanding Muslims" through the Qur'an and the Sunnah is the theme of Wisdom Enrichment International Learning Program (WEILP) a project initially started in 2003 as a non-degree Islamic Studies online program of the Wisdom Enrichment Foundation (WEFOUND), a non-profit, non-political, private organization which is accredited by the Philippine Security and Exchange Commission (SEC).   Dr. Mamarinta-Omar Mababaya and his wife Dr. Norlain Dindang,  President and Chairman of the Wisdom International School for Higher Education Studies (WISHES) and the Wisdom Islamic School in Davao City, Philippines organized Wisdom Enrichment Foundation (WEFOUND) in 1986 for the pleasure of Allah with the following objectives:

• To explore and promote educational researches and religious studies relevant to personal, national and international developments;
