Admission Requirements

“He (Allah) grants wisdom to whom He pleases; and he to whom wisdom is granted receives indeed a benefit overflowing; but none will grasp the Message but men of understanding.”  (Qur’an 2: 269)

 “If Allah wants to do good to a person, He makes him comprehend the Religion (Islam) and of course knowledge is attained by learning.”
 (Bukhari 1/67)

“On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow Love.” 
 (Qur'an, 19:96)

“The best amongst you are those who have the best manners and character.”       (Bukhari 4/759)

“O mankind!   We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know each other (not that you may despise each other).  Verily the most honored of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you.  And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).”    
(Qur'an, 49: 13)

 “...Say: ‘Are those equal, those who know and those who do not know?  It is those who are endowed with understanding that receive admonition.’”  (Qur’an, 39:9)

“...Allah will raise up, to (suitable) ranks (and degrees), those of you who believe and have been granted Knowledge.  And Allah is well-acquainted with all you do.”
 (Qur’an, 58:11)

“O my Rabb (Cherisher and Sustainer)! Bestow wisdom on me, and join me with the righteous; grant me honorable mention on the tongue of truth among the latest (generations); make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss.”   
(Qur’an, 26:83-84)

“Our Rabb (Cherisher and Sustainer)! Accept (this service) from us.  Verily, You are the All-Hearing, the All-knowing.” 
 (Qur’an, 2:127)

I just write this e-mail in order to tell you that I really like to read the interesting articles and electronic books on the CD-Roms. These articles are very useful and have helped me improve my eeman (faith).

I hope more participants will join the Islamic Learning Programme.

The Islamic electronic books compiled by the Wisdom Enrichment Foundation (WEFOUND) are very valuable, useful and informative because they are based on authentic knowledge of Islam from the well-known scholars. The authentic knowledge of Islam is the most important knowledge needed in today's world perplexing situation. It helps both Muslims and non-Muslims understand that Islam is a religion of truth, peace, love, mercy, cooperation, unity and other good morals that introduced to the world the concept of human rights more than 14 centuries ago. It also helps combat terrorism or killing innocent people, gangsters, drug addictions, cheating, and all sorts of evil deeds. I, therefore, highly encourage everybody to study them (the WEFOUND Islamic books) in order to learn more about Islam correctly.

 Alhamdulillah I found this course very beneficial. As a young teenager living in the West, there are no Islamic courses available for teenagers at an advanced level.

While most of the course work has been familiar so far, I find it a good reminder and consolidation. And the more times I read it, the better I remember. And I know that I will gain a lot from the coming units.

I found that the course put a balance in my life. Because I am still school aged, I felt like I was wasting a lot of time, because the time I spend for my (secular education) studies occupied a lot of time that I would've liked to spend learning the religion of Allah, so I a decided to study school part time and take on Islamic Studies full time….  And so each day I could go on with my daily life, knowing I had spent some time learning my religion, as is my duty, and that put me at ease.

I think that this is a good course to promote to the youths and others in the West, because many of them have no knowledge of Islam at all.

So far, the electronics books are ok, well explained and educative. I have learnt a lot by reading the books, they remind me of things that I knew before but that I have forgotten. I have also learnt lots of new things on Islam by reading the e-books; they have increased my knowledge and my understanding of Islam. I believe it will be the same with many others.

It is a good way of teaching and imparting Islamic knowledge to people, I believe this system will help people to know more about Islam, to understand Islam better especially the fundamental issues on Islam. Moreover, being an online program will help many people to achieve their academic goals, by making it possible for one to continue one's education right in one's room. In fact, it is a great relief.

Indeed  the  articles  collected  in  this  book  gave  me  a  clearer  understanding  of  Aqeedah  and  Eeman.  InshaAllah  I  do  intend  on  learning  the  contents  of  this  book  by  continuously  reading  and  rereading  it  as  well  as  learning  the relevant Ayaat and ahadeeth.  Should  someone  learn  this  book  well,  he  can  explain  these  concepts  as  well  as  teach  them  to  the  ordinary   worshipper  who  hungers  for  an  understanding  of  these  concepts.  The  proper  understanding  of  this  book  inshaAllah  will  place  firm  belief  in  the  heart  from  which  firm  actions  will  be  a   testimony  to  those   firm  beliefs.

The e-book introduces many key concepts that every Muslim should be acquainted with and only when these concepts are fully understood that one can appreciate the greatness of Islam: Islam is a religion that appeals to the mind in all its aspects.  It is both a religion and a way of life as Allah sent down specific laws and rules that govern a Muslim’s behavior. These rules aim at enhancing man’s life by clarifying what to do and what not to do, how to treat fellow humans and how to basically live life in a way that is beneficial in both this world and the next. Islam is a very practical religion that solves real human problems in a practical way and does not direct its followers to do things beyond their means.
