1. Click on this link to download the Application Form for Islamic Studies and Double Degree. For Business Administration, click on this link to download the Application Form.   Fill  up the application form and send it by e-mail together with the requirements for admission by e-mail. 
2. Scan the documents for the requirements for admission and convert them into gif or jpg image format. Paste them in the word document as one file (and if you have PDF program convert the word document to PDF format or file) with "Your name-Degree applied for" as the file name. Then email us the PDF file or word file with a subject: "Application requirements".    Do not zip the file as we do not open zipped files to prevent virus problems.
3. The application form together with the requirements for admission  must be submitted by email.

After payment, please send us proof of payment by email with the subject "Payment done".  Insha Allah, as soon as  we received your proof of payment, we will send you the links to download the learning materials for the courses you are going to take for the semester. 

 

Notes:

1) *Student who finishes the degree within the minimum number of semesters still has to pay the full total tuition fees for the degree.

2) Tuition Fees can be done by semester, yearly (3 semesters) or one time.

3) Reimbursement of tuition fees for justifiable cause is allowed when it is done within ten days after the start of classes with a deduction of US$ 100 for processing and bank transfer. 

4) Transferee student or student who has taken subjects from other institution has to pay the total tuition fees to receive diploma and transcript of records.

5) **Students who exceed the number of semesters due to delays in coursework, thesis or dissertation writing have to pay an additional fee, which is 25% of the tuition fee for each extra semester for BA or MA degree and 50% for the doctorate degree.

6) Diploma or degree certificate and transcript of records to be issued upon completion of the degree are FREE but for additional and other requests (i.e., letter of recommendation or certification,  transcript of records, etc.) the fee for every document is US$ 30 per request.
