MBA & DBA Admission Requirements

Wisdom International School for Higher Education Studies (WISHES) is recognized by the Philippine government through CHED-ARMM as an accredited institution of higher learning which, among others, offers MBA & DBA degree programs relevant to professional growth, well-balanced personality and ultimate success.

WISHES has a strategic alliance with BSSHome in the Netherlands, Business Spirals China and Business Spirals TransAsia. Our MBA program can be customized to suit group-specific or company applicants who opt to study in their own location.

Research supervision to WISHES Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) students can also be sourced out from BSSHome in the Netherlands, Business Spirals China and Business Spirals TransAsia. DBA admission is very competitive, and priority is given to applicants with acceptable research proposals on any of the following research themes:

· Strategic marketing management
· New paradigm of business intelligence as applied in the real business world
· CRM - Customer relationship management
· Strategic management/ strategic planning in an Islamic context

The key requirements for DBA admission are 1) Satisfactory research proposal on any of the given research themes; and 2) Master’s degree from WISHES or from any other institution of higher learning recognized by the WISHES management.

In line with the WISHES mission to enhance students' cultural awareness and develop ideal personality and success through relevant curricula, applicants who are not graduates of the WISHES MBA program are encouraged to take the following Islamic Studies subjects :

· IS 202 Explanations and Analysis of the Pillars of Islam and Faith in the Light of the Qur'an and the Sunnah

· IS 207 Right Manners and Characteristics of Ideal Muslims : Analysis and Implications

The above two courses are also required for MBA students. To be admitted into the MBA program one is expected to have a Bachelor's degree from a good university, as determined by the WISHES Management.
