Wisdom International School for Higher Education Studies (WISHES) is the first accredited institution of higher learning offering online undergraduate up to postgraduate studies in Islamic Studies major in Aqeedah, Islamic Personality Development and Da'wah According to the Qur'an and the Sunnah.

The Wisdom International School for Higher Education Studies (WISHES) welcomes students from other accredited colleges or universities. Courses/subjects earned from accredited institutions of higher studies relevant to WISHES curriculum offerings will be credited.

WISHES will award degrees to students of this online institute of higher learning who will successfully comply with all the academic and other requirements for graduation.

The Wisdom Enrichment Foundation (WEFOUND), registered in the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Philippines in 1986, has successfully established formal affiliation with the Philippine Muslim Teachers' College (PMTC) on January 22, 2005 corresponding to Dhu Al-Hijjah 11, 1425. PMTC is an accredited institute of higher learning in Marawi City, Philippines by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), Cotabato City, Philippines.

WISHES is officially registered in the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Philippines (under Registration No. 200526387, dated 10 March 2005) as a non-stock, non-profit institution of higher learning. It is accredited as a private institution of higher learning by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) on April 5, 2005. This autonomous region is duly recognized by the Philippine Government by virtue of the Organic Act which was created on August 1, 1989 through Republic Act No. 6734.

WISHES is the first international online educational institution authorized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), Philippines.

WISHES is a member of Worldwide Classroom (WWC), a Consortium for International Education & Multicultural Studies, which encourages its members strive to improve academic standards and/or multicultural experiences and outcomes for students.
